Yeap this is my 100th post of my blog. And its just in time to also say good bye to 2007 no matter how hard it is for me. I still have to say good bye for the greater good. Will miss 2007 alot.. And 7 being my favourite number... Still i have to try to say good bye.
Oh well for my 100th post. So happens i also want to write on something that is bugging me. That im so furious about after i read that particular sentence. "Fate play games."
What is Fate? What is your definition of it?
Fate and destiny are two similar words. I believe that certain things are suppose to happen in our lives. There are a few things that are meant to happen like you are fated to grow old or fated to study and get a job. It is something that must happen.
However, most of the time, the rest of your life is for you to make your own choices. What field of studies you want to take? What job you wan to do? Do things what you think is right for you. It is like you having to face examinations in your life. You can’t blame fate for failing or you doing poorly in your exams. You are the one who made the choice whether or not to study and pass with flying colours.
FATE ONLY TAKES YOU THAT FAR AND IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.
If I want to sit on THAT chair it has nothing to do with fate or destiny. If you want to eat chocolate ice-cream instead of strawberry, again it's not fate or destiny, it is just something that you felt like at the time.
As a result I believe that Fate is for cowards, those too weak to determine their own destiny. FATE DON’T PLAY GAMES WITH US. We are the ones playing our own games with our minds. We are our own architect who creates our own fate every day that we live.
That doesn’t mean I don’t believe in God’s will and the fate he brings us. Only certain events are supposed to happen, usually things to learn from. When you start straying from those events (or the path), things tend to happen to push you back in that direction again. But still, as an example, even though you are born poor, you can still do something about it and improve your fate.
My stand is that FATE IS A MISCONCEPTION, IT IS A COVER UP FOR THE FACT THAT YOU DON’T HAVE CONTROL OVER YOUR OWN LIFE.
Get a life and get in control! And learn to love yourself first not for others.
