Been kayaking like hell.. Train until i cant fully straighten or bend my arms.. Towards the end of training i already felt the numbness in my arms.. Yet i still continue to do the "swim" and paddle another approximately 800m back to shore.. heh..

Why i torture myself you might ask?

I like the feeling of training until Im fcking exhausted. And i only train so hard coz i have a lot goin on in my mind that i want to forget.. At the end of the day, i will sleep like a pig and waking up with an aching body.. Shiok!

Tomolo gym training.. Hope my arms are good to go for tomolo gym.. Time to train up my chest. It looks funny to have growing arms with small chest.. (Im goin to look better than Shakin!! Recently i hv been asked by a couple of my friends who observed my sleeping patterns since they got nothing better to do coz they cant sleep i think. I was told that i smile in my sleep. Ha..

Im not sure if they are joking or what but they werent the only ones who said that to me. Once before that, which was some many years back, i was asked the same question: Why you smile in your sleep? What were you dreaming of? And now someone else reconfirmed it again. Heh..

Maybe i was having a really beautiful dream of someone or something... Hmmm.. Wonder what it was... Coz i cant recall them..
