Been kayaking like hell.. Train until i cant fully straighten or bend my arms.. Towards the end of training i already felt the numbness in my arms.. Yet i still continue to do the "swim" and paddle another approximately 800m back to shore.. heh..

Why i torture myself you might ask?

I like the feeling of training until Im fcking exhausted. And i only train so hard coz i have a lot goin on in my mind that i want to forget.. At the end of the day, i will sleep like a pig and waking up with an aching body.. Shiok!

Tomolo gym training.. Hope my arms are good to go for tomolo gym.. Time to train up my chest. It looks funny to have growing arms with small chest.. (Im goin to look better than Shakin!! Lolz..)Not to mention chicken legs.. Pei Yu, Clarence and Pam thanks for pointing that out everytime.. Cant help it being long distance runner.. No matter what i do it still look skinny..
